Education: After the degree in Law and Political Sciences at the Italian State University,
received a master’s degree at the High Institute of International Politics of Milan
Andrea spent 3 years in a diplomatic career. Andrea began his business career working
for Contship UK Ltd, a British Shipping Company as Middle East Area
Manager, living 9 years in Beirut and in Dubai and traveling throughout Saudi Arabia,
Kuwait and Yemen. Andrea then worked for Chiquita (United Brands) as the
Commercial Manager in Italy. Leaving Chiquita Andrea left to establish and organize
in Italy the branch of Dole Fresh Fruit which he managed for ten years. In this period
Andrea opened and developed the markets of East Europe and of the former Soviet
Union Republics as Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and he travelled in the
production areas as Chile, Argentina, Brazil and several Central America countries.
Leaving Dole he has been in the border of Gruppo Re S.P.A., adviser for the assets
of the Catholic Church. Andrea was appointed by the President of Ecuador, Jamil
Mahuad, for the Social Reforms of that Country. He was engaged by the Italian
Chamber of Commerce & Financial Cooperation, and by Foreign Italian Ministry to
establish the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Iraq. In 2005 Andrea joined a global
training company in Italy as Country Manager and trainer of leadership programs.
Andrea Bianchi is a journalist having written several articles in newspapers and
magazines about international and national politics, finance, training and traveling
experiences. Andrea is an author of books of poetry
